Flexible Scheduling

All services are available throughout the day to accomodate your work and personal schedules.

The Challenge

12 days of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, nutritional optimization, and supplements, selected & monitored by medical professionals to improve your health.

The Results

The longevity challenge plays a significant role in the protection, self-renewal, and regeneration of stem cells in the body7. Participants notice significant weight loss, detoxification, reduced inflammation, pain relief, anti-aging effects, and more – after just 2 WEEKS!

Extivita’s Medical Director, Dr. James Stevens, is invited to be a guest on the HBOT News Network to discuss Extivita’s Longevity Challenge.  During this podcast, Dr. Stevens dives in deep, breaking down the cellular changes you can expect to see when you complete an extended water fast combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

Watch and learn as Dr. Stevens invites you to join others and be a part of Extivita’s Longevity Challenge.

What is Included?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatments (HBOT)

All participants will complete a total of 10 HBOT sessions during the 2-week challenge.

HBOT increases the available oxygen in your body by 10-15 times the normal concentration, helping your body reduce inflammation, repair and enhance your tissues, and reverse the effects of aging(1-3). It also has proven benefits for neurological conditions (TBI, Concussion, PTSD), GI disorders, autoimmune diseases, and more.

Nutrition Optimization

Participants may choose between the two options below for the duration of the Longevity Challenge:

  • Option 1: Zero Calorie Water Fast
  • Option 2: Intermittent fasting & Whole30

Both options can help you lose weight, decrease inflammation, detoxify your body, and reduce your risk of many diseases including heart disease, diabetes, and cancer(4-11).

Supplement Regimen

All participants will be provided their own bottle of our physician grade ProImmune supplement. Its patented Immune Formulation 200 is a composition of amino acids proven to increases levels of the glutathione in your body.

Glutathione helps regulate your immune response, reduce oxidative stress (which increases your risk of countless diseases), and can even reverse effects of aging(12-13).

Nutritional IV Therapy in Durham, NC

Myers' Nutritional IV’s

The Myers’ Cocktail IV includes magnesium, calcium, vitamin B complex, additional vitamin B5, B6, and B12, and Vitamin C.

It has proven benefits for boosting energy/reducing fatigue, decreasing inflammation, relieving joint and muscle pain, and improving brain health(14-19).

QEEG Brain Mapping & Biomarker Testing

QEEG Brain Mapping uses non-invasive QEEG recording to detect abnormal brain activity. Biomarker testing can provide measurable markers that allow us to monitor inflammation and cellular aging.

Participants who choose to do the Full Longevity Challenge will receive QEEG Brain Mapping & Biomarker Testing to provide a before and after snapshot of your health and monitor benefits that occur during the Longevity Challenge.

Personalized Longevity Success Plan

Don’t stop here! To ensure you’re continued health success, at the end of the Longevity Challenge, all participants will be given a personalized 12 Month Longevity Success Plan to help you sustain and build upon the improvements made during the challenge.

Your personalized plan will include recommendations and a schedule for therapies, supplements, and nutrition for the next year.

Intermittent & Water Fasting

Participants of the Longevity Challenge will choose between intermittent fasting or a full water fast for the duration of the two-week challenge.  Fasting is an ancient practice that involves avoiding calories and increasing water consumption for a specified period. Fasting has historically been practiced promoting weight loss and overall better health for centuries1. Fasting regimes have been proven to decrease inflammation in the body and reduce cardiovascular risk factors2. A multi day fast produces an increase of Ketone levels in the body. Rising ketone levels are a signal that your body is burning fat for fuel and using fatty acids to produce ketones in your liver3. An increase in Ketone levels can initiate cellular processes and even change gene expression to make you more resilient to stress4. This ketone usage by your brain is one of the reasons that intermittent fasting is often claimed to promote mental clarity and positive mood – ketones produce less inflammatory products as they are being metabolized, and kick-start the production of the brain growth factor5. After a multiple day fast, people often report increased alertness, energy boosts, euphoria, mindfulness and increased mental clarity, as well as a decrease in both inflammation and insulin levels4. Combining both fasting and hyperbaric oxygen therapy during this challenge will significantly decrease levels of inflammation in your body and promote rapid healing in just two weeks!

What is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy? (HBOT)

“In hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a patient breathes almost pure oxygen in a pressurized room or tube. By bringing more oxygen into the bloodstream, the treatment is thought to enhance healing for people with a number of conditions.”
