How Does Neurofeedback Work?
Neurofeedback trains your brain to work more efficiently and harmoniously by improving self-regulation and correcting abnormal brain activity.
What’s the Process Like?
During your consultation, we’ll go over your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, and answer any questions you have. After the consultation, we’ll record your brain activity using an EEG cap.
This recording does not require any sort of pricks or pokes and is completely painless.
After we’re done recording, you are free to go! Our neurofeedback practitioner will assess your EEG report and contact you with their findings and recommended neurofeedback protocols.
