Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT): All participants will complete a total of 10 HBOT sessions during the 2-week challenge. HBOT increases the available oxygen in your body by 10-15 times the normal concentration, helping your body reduce inflammation, repair and enhance your tissues, and reverse the effects of aging(1-3). It also has proven benefits for neurological conditions (TBI, Concussion, PTSD), GI disorders, autoimmune diseases, and more.
Nutrition Optimization: Participants may choose between a Zero Calorie Water Fast or Intermittent fasting & Whole30 for the duration of the Longevity Challenge. Both options can help you lose weight, decrease inflammation, detoxify your body, and reduce your risk of many diseases including heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
Supplement Regimen: All participants will be provided their own bottle of our physician grade ProImmune supplement. Its patented Immune Formulation 200 is a composition of amino acids proven to increases levels of the glutathione in your body. Glutathione helps regulate your immune response, reduce oxidative stress (which increases your risk of countless diseases), and can even reverse effects of aging.
Myers' Nutritional IV: The Myers’ Cocktail IV includes magnesium, calcium, vitamin B complex, additional vitamin B5, B6, and B12, and Vitamin C. It has proven benefits for boosting energy/reducing fatigue, decreasing inflammation, relieving joint and muscle pain, and improving brain health.

To ensure you’re continued health success, at the end of the Longevity Challenge, all participants will be given a personalized 12 Month Longevity Success Plan to help you sustain and build upon the improvements made during the challenge. Your personalized plan will include recommendations and a schedule for therapies, supplements, and nutrition for the next year.
