Neurofeedback Technician – Durham, NC
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Neurofeedback Technician to support our patients’ brain health and cognitive wellness through advanced neurofeedback therapy. The technician will conduct qEEG assessments, administer neurofeedback sessions, and work closely with our clinical team to track and support patient progress.
In addition to neurofeedback duties, the role includes cross-training in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and collaboration across Extivita’s integrative therapies. Candidates with experience in neurofeedback, EEG, or related clinical environments are highly encouraged to apply.

Registered Nurse – Durham, NC
Extivita-RTP is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our growing team in Durham, NC. This role focuses on managing and administering IV nutrient therapies while supporting our broader mission of integrative, science-based healing.
The RN will work alongside our Nurse Practitioner and LPN to deliver personalized care, oversee clinical safety, and assist with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). Ideal candidates have strong IV skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping patients improve their health through innovative therapies.
