Coming Soon Extivita Jacksonville

Jacksonville, NC – Extivita, North Carolina’s leading center for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and integrative wellness services, is excited to announce the opening of its newest clinic in Jacksonville, NC—a region defined by military service, resilience, and a growing demand for accessible, natural healing options.

Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2026, the clinic will offer Extivita’s full suite of science-backed, non-invasive therapies including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), IV Nutrient Therapy, Neurofeedback, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy, and Infrared Sauna.

A Mission of Healing

Extivita Jacksonville will serve veterans, first responders, athletes, parents, and anyone seeking to optimize their health with natural, research-supported therapies. Areas of focus include:

  • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Long COVID symptoms
  • Chronic fatigue and inflammation
  • Cognitive decline and so much more

“This is a major step forward in our mission to make advanced healing therapies more accessible,” said Edward di Girolamo, CEO of Extivita. “Jacksonville has an incredibly strong military presence and community, and we’re honored to bring these resources closer to home.”

A Game-Changer for Coastal Carolina

Used globally for recovery, brain health, and performance, the therapies offered at Extivita are gaining national recognition for improving quality of life—especially in cases where conventional medicine falls short.

“This move brings transformative healing closer to those who need it most,” said di Girolamo. “Jacksonville is a natural next step for us— not just because of growing demand, but because of the incredible military community that’s always been central to our mission.”

HBOT4Heroes: Healing for Those Who’ve Served

Alongside the new clinic, Extivita is expanding its nonprofit initiative, HBOT4Heroes, to Jacksonville. This program provides veterans and service members with access to HBOT for conditions like TBI, PTSD, suicidal ideation, and other combat-related issues—often underserved by traditional care.

With Camp Lejeune and a large concentration of active-duty and retired military personnel, Extivita Jacksonville will become a vital hub for veteran-focused healing that’s close to home—and available at little to no cost for those who qualify.

“We’re not just building a clinic—we’re building a lifeline,” said di Girolamo. “And we’re bringing that lifeline to the people who need it most.”
